and lots of it within a specified range of frequencies. It is usually a pretty small bandgap though and is used mainly to get real low and real loud. Any frequencies out of its effective range just fall out and are barely heard. I would not suggest a bandpass in a Z. The hatchback combined with the cabinet responding to a tight range of freq will just sound stupid. : go to a wiz, circuit city, or other car stereo store and ask them what you need. ask the,m to show you a bandpass and other boxes. most of the time, they let you put the box in your car and compare a few right there. most car audio places do that, not wiz kinda stores that i know of. if you dont know what wires and what a bandpass is, i would just pay somebody else to do it for you.
